What is Semaglutide? 

Semaglutide is the first once-weekly medication in its class that is FDA-approved to help with chronic weight management. It works best when used in combination with a healthy diet and exercise. The largest clinical trial showed that adults taking Semaglutide lost an average of almost 15% of their initial body weight – about 12% more than those who didn’t take the medication. 

What is Tirzepatide? 

Tirzepatide is a medication primarily used to treat type 2 diabetes but has shown its effectiveness for weight loss. It is a dual glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, which helps in regulating blood sugar levels.

How Does It Work?

It slows down how quickly food leaves your stomach (gastric emptying), keeping you feeling fuller longer, thus reducing your appetite.

How Do I Get Started?

To get started fill out the Telehealth Consent and New Patient Intake forms below, in “How did you hear about us” put “Blue Jug Health Market Client”. 

Once form is filled out you can send the form to felicia.peek@next-level-health-and-wellness.com and Katie@bluejug.com with the subject “Blue Jug Health Market New Patient Forms”.

Once you submit your forms, call 409-720-8081 and tell them you’re an Blue Jug Health Market client who just submitted paperwork and you need to schedule a televisit for Semaglutide. They should have you scheduled within 48 hours.

Once you are approved for this program you will begin your injections with IV Solutions TX.

Initial Set Up for program is 7 weeks.
