Meet Katie Powell, RN
Katie Powell, RN graduated from Lamar University. Katie is a licensed Registered Nurse the state of Texas.
Katie has over 26 years of advanced training, knowledge, and experience in healthcare. She has experience in the ER, Women's Services, Day Surgery, Home Health, and even helped developed the SmartHealth Program, a chronic disease clinic, at Baptist Hospital. For the past 3 years, Katie has owned and managed IV Solutions TX. Through her experiences she has developed a passion for a holistic approach to your wellness.
Katie is a mother of two sons. In her spare time she enjoys giving back to her community and volunteering with multiple local organizations.
Blue Jug Alkaline Water and Health Market was a vision of Katies. She wanted to be able to use the skills and talents God has given her to serve our community, providing affordable health care and be a local resource to better our communities health and wellness. She hopes to be able to also provide our community with a voice in their health care needs.
